About The Position

As a Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in solving our customers' biggest challenges by designing and optimizing display and semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work on some of the most advanced and challenging technologies in the world, shaping the way process engineering evolves for our business and the semiconductor industry. Requirements

  • Graduating with a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Experience or academics with advanced logic CMOS device with semiconductor process flow understanding
  • Focus on CMOS Power - Performance - Area improvement including new materials or new CMOS architecture
  • Previous internship or related field experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture

Responsibilities

  • Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments
  • Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems
  • Measure film properties, organize data, and interpret data
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues
  • Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
  • Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues
  • Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers
  • Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
