Design, collect data, analyze, and perform experiments on semiconductor processing equipment. Safely and efficiently operate process and metrology equipment (SEM, TEM, ellipsometry, TXRF, etc.) within a clean room environment. Perform root cause analysis to resolve hardware and process issues. Plan and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results in a complex environment. Document all results and generates professional reports. Adopt latest AI technologies to improve outcomes or efficiency. Graduating with a Master's degree (or Doctorate) in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or related field Must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale Hands-on experience with advanced semiconductor metrology or processing equipment. Basic semiconductor devices and integration. Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results-driven culture
