About The Position

As a Field Process Engineer II at Weee, you will drive initiatives to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and deliver world-class customer experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, mentorship skill and the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to execute scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management within operations, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small scale cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Define project goals, establish timelines, and deliver results within scope, and deadlines.
  • Partner with Core PE to identify and track the operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and address basic root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
  • Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for system and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Core PE team and the operation team to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Mentor team members to achieve the target of the operational metrics in the region.
