About The Position

In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with production to ensure things operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be able to drive process improvements, lead capital projects, and support upscaling new processes from development. In this role you'll make an impact by: Generating and implementing ideas regarding flow improvements, process, equipment, products and technology. Troubleshooting equipment and process control systems. Transferring new products and technologies from development into production Leading and/or sponsoring improvement projects including technical and operational changes. Utilizing strong communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve key goals.

Requirements

BS in Engineering. Chemical or Biological Engineering Preferred.
A passion for teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Ability to move about in the processing areas and be able to climb stairs, ladders, and enter tanks. Must possess visual acuity and physical ability to support all function of the job at all times.
