About The Position

Provide daily production support to the environmental stress screening area by taking a hands-on approach evaluating defects, working with operators and troubleshooting machines and processes on the manufacturing line to keep production running Areas that will be supported include temperature cycling, burn-in, and vibration testing Evaluate processes by running temperature surveys of ovens and other equipment characterizations Understand customer requirements related to screening specifications and run tests to determine if equipment can complete tests internally Design and develop mechanical fixturing and tooling for process equipment and ergonomic issues Apply SPC and statical analysis to monitor and improve processes, identify defects, and improve yields Design and run engineering tests to improve and develop new processes Train operators and write work instructions to document key process steps Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
