We're seeking an Engineer I, Technology (Process Engineer) in a pivotal role within our technology department in Monroe, NC. You'll be responsible for leading and optimizing processes across various stages of production, from melting to finishing, for Nickel, Titanium, and specialty steel products. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in metallurgical or materials science engineering to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and safety while supporting the development and standardization of new products and processes.
