About The Position

In this position ...

You will be Responsible for managing the Heat Treatment and Chemical
Treatment processes in the building.
Requires a deep understanding of specific manufacturing disciplines,
particularly heat treatment processes for the carburizing of rings and
pinions. You will manage operations across both pusher and batch-style
furnaces, evaluating the ergonomics of quenching and fixture-loading
workflows to ensure operator safety. Additionally, you will lead "Visual
Factory" management to make furnace cycle status, metallurgical trends, and
production issues transparent to all team members.
