You will use Lean principles to improve processes and financial performance of the health system. The Financial Process Engineer oversees the design and implementation of process improvement projects to achieve the objectives and key results of Nebraska Medicine. Process Engineers are responsible for the assessment, design, development, and implementation of process improvement strategies, optimization of current processes, and maintaining process documentation by using industrial engineering and other Lean tools to assess and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and resource allocation. Collaborate with leaders and colleagues across the health system to develop and implement improved workflows) and ensure optimal resource levels.
