As a Process Engineer specializing in Electrical Testing Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our testing strategies for next-generation manufacturing solutions. Your primary focus will be to streamline and define our electrical testing development process, ensuring that our practices are state-of-the-art and scalable for future growth. This position is critical to bringing our organization up to speed with industry-leading functional testing methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced electrical testing processes, with a focus on circuit testing and end-of-line testing, including isolation, insulation, Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR), and hi-pot continuity. Design, automate, and optimize electrical testing systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability across manufacturing lines. Define best practices and standards for electrical testing, helping to establish what our organization should be doing to ensure product quality and compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate robust testing solutions into new product introduction (NPI) and high-mix/mid-volume environments. Develop and qualify next-generation tools and processes for functional testing, ensuring seamless transition from NPI to mass production. Implement real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and control systems to provide visibility into test results and process health. Identify opportunities for breakthrough improvements in automation, digitalization, and lean testing methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with custom testing and metrology equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
