About The Position
This position is an entry-level role ideal for candidates early in their career with 0-2 years of full-time experience. This position will work independently and on project teams to improve process efficiency, reliability & quality using tools common to lean, and operational excellence methodologies in discrete manufacturing. The position also works in cooperation with the production team to help achieve operational excellence in all facets of the operation while demonstrating the Ingevity core behaviors of stewardship, performance excellence, innovative spirit, respect for the individual, and teamwork.
