The Process Engineer, BPI will be part of the Business Process Improvement team in the Transformation Office, responsible for driving process improvement, business simplification and automation across the organization. This role will support the team on larger opportunities and provide direct leadership on smaller opportunities to complete business assessments, identify opportunities, develop an execution plan, and support completion of the work through both direct and in-direct involvement, ensuring delivered solutions meet the functional design. This hands-on position requires strong relationship building, a customer-service mindset, project management skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and a commitment to quality deliverables.
