About The Position

The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting plant operations by monitoring and analyzing operational parameters, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and providing technical solutions to process-related issues. This position is integral to maintaining quality targets and enhancing production efficiency within a global manufacturing environment focused on consumer ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food, and biotech industries.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical).
• Experience in a batch and/or continuous process food or chemical production environment.
• Advanced computer skills and understanding of statistics and statistics software for data processing.
• Practical technical comprehension with capability for hands-on work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Dynamic, assertive, self-starter with effective problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting operational parameters to the management team.
• Audit process parameters, equipment operation, and operational procedures against SOPs.
• Compile and analyze process information to determine causes of deviations.
• Provide feedback to management for corrective actions.
• Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing to find solutions to process problems.
• Recommend process modifications to achieve quality targets.
