We’re searching for a Process Engineer | Automation Support who thrives at the intersection of engineering design and hands-on manufacturing. This role is built for someone who doesn’t just design solutions; they build, test, refine, and improve them on the production floor. The Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency through automation, fixture design, and hands-on process optimization. This role supports production by designing, building, and implementing practical automation solutions that increase throughput, improve repeatability, and reduce manual labor. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role that blends mechanical design, CAD/CAM programming, fabrication, robotics support, PLC troubleshooting, and 3D printing into real-world manufacturing impact.
