Chime is looking for a Process Enablement Program Manager to own and drive operational excellence across our internal approvals processes. This role is an individual contributor role that sits on our Enterprise Project Management Office team where we obsess over Chime's ability to execute against our strategy. This role ensures speed, quality, and alignment across a complex network of cross-functional stakeholders, while building the infrastructure needed to scale. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end approvals process, ensuring key contributors—from Legal, Compliance, and Bank Partnerships to Product, Operations, Risk and Marketing—are coordinated, unblocked, and operating with clarity. You’ll be responsible for managing process performance, driving continuous improvement, and leading automation and tooling enhancements over time. This role has broad, cross-company impact and significant exposure to teams across the business.
