About the position

The Process Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and sustaining processes used for device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility, specifically supporting BAW, GaAs, and GaN technologies. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective support of photolithography processes and tools, operating on a swing shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain processes for device fabrication in a semiconductor facility.
  • Support photolithography processes and tools including resist coat, expose, develop, and associated metrology.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Integration, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure timely support of photo processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials, Statistics, or the physical sciences.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in photolithography semiconductor processes is desired.
  • Good understanding of photolithography, process control, and semiconductor processing.
  • Experience with TEL coat/develop tools, ASML Steppers/Scanners, and dry film laminates is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design of experiments, statistical process control, and database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access, etc.).
  • Data analysis and programming skills for data mining are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in setting up, supporting, and troubleshooting lithography processes.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
