Texas Instruments is seeking a process development / integration engineering intern within the Analog Technology Development (ATD) group. We work to define and develop the next generation process and device technologies for TI; driving step-function improvements in performance and cost. ATD creates world-class technologies by: Working with the business units to set process targets, including transistor and passive device performance objectives Working with manufacturing to drive process and material development Ensuring technologies meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
  • Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA

Responsibilities

  • Establishing unit process and process integration strategies to meet objectives
  • Support the development and ramp by executing process experiments (SWRs)
  • Model and collect / analyze device and process yield data
  • Working with design and system, productization, reliability and manufacturing to ensure the process technologies meets objectives.
