Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to support external customer needs.
- Define the process including process capability and methods.
- Build stakeholder alignment through effective, succinct communication of complex data to drive critical actions.
- Execute action plans within a cross-functional team.
- Provide manufacturing support for implemented processes and direct transition to sustainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM curriculum.
- 1 or more years of Biotechnology manufacturing experience.
- Basic analysis or statistics experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PSP, DMAIC, or similar problem-solving methodology.
- CRISPR, NGS, qPCR, or other biological assays involving oligos.
- JMP software data analysis.
