About The Position

Our Claims Innovation team is currently seeking a Process Design Consultant to join our growing team. This is a Full Time/Exempt role. The PD Consultant will play a focal role in developing and delivering improvements to enhance operational performance and the end-to-end claims customer experience for The Hanover.
