About The Position

The Process Coordinator will support the process maturity initiative and manage the vehicle onboarding process within the Mobility Operations team. This role involves documenting operating procedures for call center agents and assisting with knowledge management, as well as supporting vehicle onboarding activities such as title management and inventory management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
  • Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience facilitating meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Fleet management experience.
  • Experience working with call center agents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process for vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
  • Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with the redesign.
  • Develop standardized responses and templates for customer agents to enhance the quality and consistency of customer interactions.
  • Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides.
  • Facilitate regular reviews with SMEs to ensure document accuracy and compliance with legal and compliance requirements.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
  • Full-time contract position.
