About The Position

The Processing Clerk is responsible for clerical functions in the Processing Department; tracks inventories, inputs data in the ERP System, and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistanceAbility to work 8 hour shiftSedentary work that primarily involves sittingIn-person job attendanceStrong communication skillsAbility to read and writeAbility to pay attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with System 21 ERP software
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
  • 2 years Successful work experience

Responsibilities

  • Scanning closed BOM's
  • Reviewing BOM's before closure
  • Printing new BOM's
  • Creating the new BOM kits for processing
  • End of Month BOM processing
