The Process Controller is responsible for daily operations functions within the Distribution Center (DC), directing the workflow in and around the Case Reserve department. This includes managing product flow to and from Case Reserve in a safe and effective manner while properly directing associates to complete assigned tasks. The role requires continual improvement of facility processes to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player and prioritize tasks effectively.
