About The Position

We are currently looking for a Process Control Clerk to join our team in Dayton, NJ. Process Control Clerks handle high volumes of administrative tasks for the Finished Goods Planning department by sending shop floor paper packets to the production floor to manufacture. Requirements

Strong time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional Organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of SAP
Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

Creating delivery notes and labels based on the filling instruction sheet
Releasing, printing and checking shop floor papers for accuracy, inputting changes where necessary and prioritizing work
Reviewing live demand in SAP and making informative decisions on customer and/or affiliate orders
Generating production schedules and releasing production packets as needed by production planner
Generating transfer orders for production as needed.
Interfacing with customer service and production planners with respect to order requirements
Reviewing and responding to emails
Assisting with shared departmental duties
