Process Control Associate (Water Production)
About The Position
The incumbent oversees the day-to-day maintenance of computerized plant automation and control systems for DWR Water Production facilities. This is a very technical position responsible for monitoring software and identification of problems with hardware/software in various control systems at the facilities as well as overall integrations between the systems.This includes the Distributive Control System (DCS), Wonderware Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and various process control instrumentation. The position may have supervisory responsibility over other techs performing work in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, AND Two years of electronics experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
