Requirements

• 1 year of computer skills required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.
• Ability to adapt to varying noise levels in a busy warehouse setting.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse facility (Preferred).
• Associate’s degree or higher in computer science (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Virtually monitor automated warehouse to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow.
• Maintain automated components across 385,000 sq ft facility.
• Optimize system capacity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Track system performance, minimize downtime, and implement improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for complex control system issues in a timely manner.
• Identify risk and collaborate with technical teams to minimize automation down time.
