The Process Consultant III (NCQA Accreditation) position at HCSC is a pivotal role responsible for leading process leaders and stewards in various business process activities. In addition to these responsibilities, the consultant will manage NCQA standards independently and conduct successful surveys, which are critical to the daily operations of the organization. A strong understanding of how to load IRT (Item Response Theory) will be essential for this role. The position requires the ability to travel once or twice a year, although the role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
