The Process Consultant III (NCQA Accreditation) position at HCSC is a pivotal role responsible for leading process leaders and stewards in various business process activities. This includes planning, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results, and implementing process improvement and reengineering opportunities. The consultant will support business process activities and methods to the super process leaders and process stewards, ensuring that team activities, deliverables, and issue resolutions are effectively managed. Key responsibilities also include data collection, metric definition and analysis, and conducting root cause analysis. In addition to these responsibilities, the consultant will manage NCQA standards independently and conduct successful surveys, which are critical to the daily operations of the organization. A strong understanding of how to load IRT (Item Response Theory) will be essential for this role. The position requires the ability to travel once or twice a year, although the role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
