About The Position

Process Coach- Tool & Die Managing and directing the UAW workforce in all phases of Construction, Machining, and Tryout of Stamping Dies. Prefer candidate to have prior supervision experience with background in Die Machining, Die Construction, Die Tryout and CMM. Must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills. Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends High School Diploma or GED and Journeyman card or 8+ years of die making experience. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
