Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
Nice To Haves
- candidate to have prior supervision experience with background in Die Machining, Die Construction, Die Tryout and CMM.
Responsibilities
- Managing and directing the UAW workforce in all phases of Construction, Machining, and Tryout of Stamping Dies.
