  • Strong experience with process mapping and analysis using techniques such as flowcharts, BPMN, or value stream mapping.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to distinguish value-added activities from inefficiencies.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements engineering, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to leverage process metrics (cycle time, error rates, volumes) to support automation decisions and measure impact.
  • Solid understanding of process automation technologies, including RPA tools, workflow automation, APIs, and scripting concepts.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how processes interact across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Foundational knowledge of databases (SQL) and API-based integrations to support accurate data and interface requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to enterprise automation programs or shared services environments.
  • Familiarity with common RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing manual and semi-automated processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows using standard process modeling techniques.
