Primary Responsibilities Designs and develops given automation processes. Creates necessary documentation related to the automation processes. Maintains and supports existing automation processes. Communicates and collaborates with business users and the leadership point person for approval prior to deploying the process to production. Identifies and recommends automation processes for corporate financial and resource efficiency. Knowledge and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience designing and developing automated business processes. Understanding of business workflows with the ability to translate these skills into technical requirements. Ability to learn multiple pieces of software and understands how the software works. Ability to analyze and clearly document business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
