We are support partners and leaders on the Wayfair Global Supply Chain Transportation and Delivery Enablement Team. We support our large parcel delivery locations, providing direct feedback & development to our Transportation & Delivery teams through onsite audits and training. We bring extensive process knowledge to our stakeholders and aid in the development of network-wide resources through process, audit, and training initiatives and building audits to optimize performance and enhance employee engagement. We are culture enthusiasts throughout our entire Supply Chain network. We are looking for a proven leader to influence cross-functional teams responsible for development, standard work, and championing the Wayfair culture in our Middle Mile and Home Delivery Operations. The candidate must be a collaborative problem solver, strategic planner, and one who can manage & supervise high performing teams in a fast-paced, rapidly challenging, and fluid environment.
