About The Position

The Process Assurance Analyst plays a key role in evaluating and strengthening the internal risk and control environment within Connected Living. This includes assessing business processes, transactions, and applications; consulting with process owners; identifying risks and controls; and testing the effectiveness of controls. The Analyst also supports internal and external audits and facilitates remediation efforts. This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Operations, Compliance, Finance, or related field; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with business process documentation and control testing.
Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
Familiarity with MS Visio and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Documentation and Testing of Controls Collaborate with process owners to identify and document business processes and controls.
Advise on risk and control identification within processes.
Develop test plans and perform control testing to ensure design and operational effectiveness.
Evaluate control deficiencies and recommend enhancements.
Partner with management to define and monitor risk mitigation plans.
Maintain expertise in risk-based internal control standards.
Monitor and test compliance with internal control requirements (financial and non-financial).
Audit Facilitation Support internal and external audits using established methodologies.
Coordinate audit resources and deliverables.
Ensure management action plans are defined for identified issues.
Facilitate remediation and retesting of controls.
Maintain accurate audit data and report issue progress.
Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with business leaders and managers.
Stay informed about industry, regulatory, and organizational changes that impact controls.
Apply active listening to understand business risks and respond effectively.
Departmental Development Utilize departmental tools and methodologies to achieve team goals.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and Centers of Excellence.
Engage in ongoing professional development through internal and external training.
