The Process Assistant is assigned to the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Center areas. This role involves supporting and working in the department as required, helping manage daily department duties, and providing vacation coverage for Area Managers. The Process Assistant will track and report on labor hours, assist in training associates, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Additionally, the role includes participating in Operational Excellence initiatives, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and addressing safety hazards. The Process Assistant will also coach associates on safety and refer any job injuries to the area manager.
