About The Position
Amazon Process Assistant (Full-time) is a role within the Rural Super Rural (RSR) organization at Amazon, which focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries, even in remote areas. The position requires in-role training lasting over 5 weeks at an operating site located more than 50 miles from the home site. All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon. Process Assistants are integral to the Last Mile operations, responsible for managing daily department duties, allocating labor, leading meetings, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
