About The Position

We are looking for a Process Assistant to join our team! This Process Assistant role performs a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks that support the Enbridge’s Western Transmission Operations Department. This position reports to the Enbridge’s North Carolina Hendersonville Operations Center in Mills River, North Carolina. What You Will Do: We require knowledge in the area of assignment as well as applicable department and company policies and procedures to accomplish the processing of information, documents or materials to include: Setting up comprehensive records and files Preparing standard reports and charts Compiling data from various sources and forms Monitoring weekly reports and work, communicate with departments throughout the region in order to ensure compliance is maintained Perform quality control steps on leak and damage documentation (LDF) Documenting any necessary follow-ups from inspections in the field manager application Contacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies Performing calculations involving complicated arithmetic, etc. Maintains record of documents processed Inform departments of missing or incorrect data and makes minor corrections Utilizes computer systems and/or other related equipment to record, store and retrieve information Compiles regular and special reports using established formats and procedures Performs basic clerical duties that are highly structured according to established procedures

Requirements

  • 2+ years general office experience.
  • Basic understanding of the operations of computerized and function-related equipment to record, store and retrieve information.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Completion of high school or equivalent (i.e., GED) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient skills using spreadsheet and word processing applications, WFM, Click/SalesForce, Maximo, Field Management and Workday.
  • Basic knowledge of company and department procedures.
