About The Position
Perform in-process analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and late-stage protein, cell and gene therapy programs. Support method qualifications, validations and critical reagent qualifications. Be familiar with basic laboratory techniques, including but not limited to aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays and flow cytometry. Document analytical testing procedures and results in the electronic laboratory notebook. Be responsible for data integrity and accuracy.
