About The Position

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Data Analytics Experience
• Strong communication skills
• High level of analytical ability for complex problems
• Interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
• Demonstrated ability to organize and plan effectively
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI
• Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to lead major projects
• Action-oriented with relevant business experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High level of understanding of warehouse processes
• High level of understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Use statistical methods and data to analyze current processes and performance
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in facility design, lean operational processes, and product quality
• Develop alternatives utilizing lean warehousing principles
• Analyze costs/benefits of alternatives and prepare reports/presentations on recommended solutions
• Develop implementation plans and supporting documentation
• Lead implementation of approved initiatives at plant sites
• Support Parts Distribution Centers on technical and operational issues
• Support facility projects related to inbound and outbound processes
