DecisionHR is looking for a Process Analysis & Automation Intern to support our digital transformation efforts and help the business grow more efficiently. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of business operations and technology, focused on identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and smarter data workflows. You will work closely with teams across the organization to understand how different functions connect, sitting in on discussions and feedback sessions to build context for your work. While this role does touch technical systems, you do not need to know how to code or have an IT background to apply. This role reports directly to business operations.
