About The Position

The Procedures Content Strategist at Apple is responsible for leading the planning and creation of content-driven experiences within Collaborative Procedures and Bullet News. This role focuses on improving the Advisor experience by mapping business procedural intents to targeted content optimized for an Advisor audience. The strategist will ensure high-quality procedures content, identify content gaps, and provide creative solutions to enhance the overall experience with Apple products.

Requirements

• 5 years of related work experience in content management.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple products and services with expert support and technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of support contact center processes and operations.
• Experience with CMS and ticketing systems.
• Strong research, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects on short timelines.
• Familiarity with taxonomy for content management.

• Bachelor's degree in communication, online analytics, or human-computer interaction.
• AI/ML experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and plan Collaborative Procedure and Bullet News content for AppleCare tools and systems.
• Synthesize requests and inputs from various sources into a cohesive content plan.
• Use data analysis and creative thinking to optimize content approaches.
• Prioritize content creation and updates based on data insights.
• Review data and content plans with marketing, writing, and engineering teams.
• Lead discussions with content partners to reach consensus and establish timelines for content changes.
• Track key metrics to measure content effectiveness and develop improvement plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing, legal, engineering, and retail teams.
• Communicate project status to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Facilitate roundtables, data research, and surveys to support a cohesive procedural content strategy.
