About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Procedure/Ultrasound Technician to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for providing vascular ultrasound services and consultations, including endovenous laser treatments (EVLT), to diagnose and treat venous conditions. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to maintaining certifications and ongoing education, are essential for success in this role. Essential Functions: To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Perform vascular ultrasound procedures, including endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) for varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Generate patient interest and provide thorough consultations to explain treatment options. Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction and recovery progress. Maintain active certification and good standing with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), including completion of CME requirements. Hold a current Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA). Adapt to the demands of a fast-paced healthcare setting, delivering consistent, high-quality patient care with an excellent bedside manner. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Degree from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or Vascular program. Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through ARDMS or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) through CCI. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to medical ethics. Proficiency in computer literacy, troubleshooting, and oral communication. This role requires a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. Requirements
