About The Position
Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Little Rock is seeking compassionate, hands-on, motivated healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians. This role is ideal for Registered Nurses (RNs) who enjoy direct patient interaction and want to be part of a growing company, that is innovating mental health care. As a Procedural Technician, you will facilitate the delivery of safe, competent, and high-quality patient care procedures and IV infusions. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, dependable professional with strong patient care experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative clinical environment.
Requirements
- Up-to-date ACLS certification
- Current RN License
- Direct patient care experience
- Motivated to learn clinic policies, procedures, and EMR systems
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
- Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have well-managed personal logistics (reliable transportation, childcare, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide basic daily patient care
- Administer medications (both oral and IV)
- Start IVs and facilitate infusions
- Document appointment outcomes
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Assist with patient comfort and support
- Help coach and support staff as needed
- Set up and prepare procedure rooms
- Perform follow-up calls with patients
- Inventory and stock clinical supplies
- Perform TMS treatments after training
- Perform spectral EEGs after training
