Procedural Scheduler
About The Position
The Surgery Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the surgery schedule, and compiles, maintains and distributes Surgery Department records. Assists in the control and maintenance of office supplies and equipment. Assumes the duties of Surgery Desk Clerk, Billing Specialist, and Timekeeper, as needed. Develops and maintains the staffing schedules and call schedule, including the input of approved time off. Maintain and update departmental forms. Requirements
- 1 year general office experience.
- Hospital experience.
- Microcomputer experience.
