WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization Hours-days 6 Operating Rooms Full-time, 40 hours per week Call and holiday rotation Procedural Lead, Registered Nurse Vascular Assists in operations including helping set up the operating suite and maintaining the sterile field, transporting patients to surgery, and assisting with procedures. This position provides professional care for patients under the supervision of the provider and educates patients on procedures and follow up care. The Procedural Lead is the designates specialty area expert and functions as a liaison between staff, and providers. The position assists in the orientation and continuing education of other staff in the perioperative area by assisting with the implementation of all policies and procedures for designated specialty areas. This position is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the development of a plan of care, including implementing, reassessing, evaluating and revising the plan of care. Assist in processing surgeon-initiated requests through the Value Analysis process. Rotate with the other team lead and staff in the Charge Nurse role to manage the day-to-day operations. Collaborate with surgeons and supply chain teams to evaluate new products and technologies. Assist in scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations of CVOR team members. QUALIFICATIONS A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs. Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) 2 Years of Operating Room Experience Required. Requirements

  • A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
