About The Position
This position will supervise a caseload of 60 to 70 offenders in a residential CRV (Confinement in Response to Violation) facility. These are typically medium- to high-risk offenders who require disciplined supervision strategies, reentry case planning, and effective case management while engaged in cognitive restructuring and substance abuse services. The CRV Center is for adult offenders sentenced by the Court or the Post Release Supervision and Parole Commission to a 90 day period of confinement as a result of probation/post release technical violations. The goal of the center is to provide behavior modification programming and pro-social activities in a highly structured environment. The CRV Center is located in Lumberton, North Carolina and houses up to 192 male offenders in a minimum custody facility.
