We have an immediate opening for a Probation Officer, a role that supports meaningful behavior change while maintaining the safety and security of our correctional facilities. The Probation Officer provides supervision, support, and accountability for individuals involved in the justice system. This includes delivering care and correctional guidance, monitoring compliance, and ensuring the safety, security, and well‑being of residents within Anoka County’s correctional facilities. The role is essential in promoting positive change, reducing risk, and helping individuals successfully navigate their path forward This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position. Interviews will begin the week of March 9th, 2026, for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
