The mission of Anoka County Community Corrections is working to build a safer community. We are committed to leading through implementing innovative, research based, and results driven services. The Community Corrections department has immediate openings for Probation Officer Assistants. In this role, you’ll work with residents in three juvenile correctional facilities, providing individual and group support through program facilitation, maintaining safety and security, documenting behavior, and performing regular well-being checks. Anoka County’s Human Services division is committed to working with people to improve lives through collaboration across its five departments: Community Corrections, Community Social Services & Behavioral Health, Economic Assistance, and the Job Training Center. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position. This posting may be used to fill future vacancies, including temporary, non-benefit eligible positions.
