As a Pro Specialist at Northern Tool + Equipment, you will play a crucial role in managing key business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships within your assigned store territory. This position requires you to engage directly with customers both in-store and in the local market, ensuring that their needs are met while driving sales results. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and close sales opportunities, thereby contributing to revenue growth and increasing B2B traffic to the store. You will also lead in-store efforts to ensure that B2B customer satisfaction is prioritized and maintained. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving company sales goals. You will need to be a self-starter, capable of defining problems, collecting relevant data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions to provide effective solutions to our commercial customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. The position requires you to work primarily during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional special events that may require your presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for local travel within a 20-mile radius, so possessing and maintaining a valid driver's license is a must. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred, as this will enhance your ability to serve a broader customer base.
