Pro Shop Attendant (Part-Time / Full-Time) We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at a busy tennis facility.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong customer service skills (top priority)
- Courteous, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with or willing to learn basic social media management
- Ability to work morning shifts and at least one weekend day
Nice To Haves
- Country club or similar experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Book court reservations
- Assist tennis professionals as needed
- Help manage and contribute to our social media (posts, updates, engagement)
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Report directly to the Head Pro an Director
