About The Position

At D-BAT O’Fallon, we’re more than just a premier baseball and softball training facility- we’re a community dedicated to helping athletes reach their potential. We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and organized Pro-shop Attendant who thrives in a sports environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-volume sports facility and see firsthand what it takes to run successful programs and engage athletes and their families.

Requirements

Passion for baseball, softball, or sports in general
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Software requirements using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other systems
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Greet players, families, and coaches with a positive and welcoming attitude
Manage scheduling for lessons, camps, clinics, and facility rentals using booking software
Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and events
Assist in selling memberships with knowledge about benefits of joining, etc.
Facilitate check-ins for camps, clinics, lessons, cage rentals, and special events
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and retail area
Assist management with minor administrative and facility-related tasks
Assist with set-up and breakdown of training areas and events as needed
Restock refrigerator and concession stand as needed.
All other duties as assigned
