The Ooltewah Club, located in Ooltewah, Tennessee, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Pro Shop Attendants. The Ooltewah Club offers year-round outdoor activities and family fun, featuring an 18 hole championship course, a full driving range, a short game facility, a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts, and four lighted pickleball courts. The club debuted a newly decorated clubhouse in 2019, which anchors the 150+ acre property located in a very high growth area of Chattanooga.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
• Understanding of Club financials.
• Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of shop inventory.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
• Developing merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, specials events, and times when sales are slow.
• Ordering supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
• Assisting the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
• Maintaining all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc).
• Completing customer transactions.
