About The Position

As our Pro Shop Attendant at the Mad Russian, your primary focus is to provide a professional, friendly and exceptional golf experience for our guests. If you are a customer service focused, golf loving individual, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

18+, must be able to legally sell alcoholic beverages.
Customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette - love of the game a plus!
Ability to understand and operate a POS system.
Ability to count money, make change and work credit card systems.
Ability to read and interpret written documents and manuals.
Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
Be a team player - build and maintain a working relationship with the Golf team.
Flexible schedule - ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary.

Responsibilities

Serve as front line support for guest services in person and via phone inquires.
Work closely with the Facility Manager and Director of Golf to coordinate the flow of the course.
Communicate with rangers and starters in regard to new reservations and bookings.
Perform opening and closing duties related to the golf pro shop.
Going around the facility and making sure all doors are shut and locked as a part of closing.
Enabling the security system before as a part of closing.
Operate POS and Teesheet operational software.
Manage the sale of snacks and beverages at the cafe inside the pro shop.
Clean and organize the golf shop and workstation and tag merchandise.
Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
Perform other necessary duties as they are assigned.
